Network Management
WiredTree's extensive network management ensures the security of your data and the uptime of your server. Our network is backed by one of the industry's best 100% uptime SLA guarantees. We use redundant Cisco and Juniper hardware powered by premium multi-homed bandwidth to ensure maximum reliability, low latency and jitter, and high throughput.
Our network consists of two separate networks: a public Internet network and a private internal network. This “network within a network” design is comprised of two logically separate and redundant network architectures.
Private VLAN per Server:
Every WiredTree managed dedicated server is isolated onto their own private VLAN on the both public and private networks. This ensures that your server's communications is secure inside of our network and your IPs cannot be hijacked nor your data intercepted.
Network Security:
Every server also comes with a managed firewall, brute force detection, anti-virus, anti-spam, and other network security enhancements through our ServerShield server hardening package.
Beyond the server, we closely monitor both the public and private networks for any anomalies so we can quickly isolate and mitigate any network attacks.
Grove provides you with an easy way to control your server at the network level:

Bandwidth Graphs
Public and Private bandwidth graphs and reporting are available to all WiredTree clients from Grove. This aids in capacity planning and allows you to track growth. Detailed billing totals are kept for each day's usage allowing you to check previous months, and even graph your usage on a yearly scale.
